TIIMA - knows your work hours

TIIMA product family is an effective tool to record, target, plan and monitor work hours. It also interprets work hours for you. TIIMA product family has three web-based products: TIIMA Work Hour (TIIMA Työaika), TIIMA Interpretation (TIIMA Tulkinta) and TIIMA Shift planning (TIMA Työvuorosuunnittelu). You can use these products together or separately through a common interface. You can start working with one product and expand the use later according to your needs.

TIIMA Work Hour

TIIMA Work Hour collects work hours and targets them to the company's own dimension items if required. It also makes possible to plan holidays and to record absences in a simple calendar view. Superiors have own tools to monitor and accept recorded events. The whole chain – from recordings to acceptances and then data transfers to other systems – is fully electronic. TIIMA Work Hour can also import completed data, e.g. to help record information received from clock card systems.

TIIMA Work Hour has also a function to record work shifts. It helps to administrate shift workers’ work hour without a separate shift planning system.

In addition to the functions above, it is possible to generate multifunctional reports with which e.g. finance department or Human Resources can monitor time planning of employees according to reason codes and dimension items. The reports are imported in Excel files where they can easily be edited further. All the events can also be imported to other systems through interfaces, e.g. for pay computation.

There are other useful features, e.g. the following: e-mail reminders for users, defining deputies and four alternative parametric recording views.

TIIMA Interpretation

TIIMA Interpretation generates interpreted pay events either according to employees’ recordings or their stamp data. These data can be imported from TIIMA Work Hour or from any other work hour system. Interpretation notices times, absences, work shifts and other factors that affect pay computation. Instead of earlier manual and troublesome work susceptible to errors, this phase is automatic and relieves superiors’ and/or pay clerks’ time for more efficient use.

TIIMA Interpretation is independent on business sectors and regulations, and the regulations are customized according to the company. The regulations are imported according to Working Hours Act, collective labour agreements in private and in public sectors and applicable agreements in the company As the regulations are compiled and administrated in a web browser, it is easy to administrate them.

TIIMA Work Hour system can be used by large and small companies despite their business sector. The system includes standard interfaces which make it possible to implement customized interfaces, too.

TIIMA Shift Planning

TIIMA Shift planning helps to plan work shifts easily and smoothly even in large organizations. In planning it is possible to take into account needed competences and employees' characteristics. The software includes a resource automate which notices e.g. needed shift strengths, competences, employees' holidays and other absences as well as balanced distribution of different shifts, which helps the planner’s work.

The system can be delivered to the customer either according to a licence or as SaaS service (Software as a Service), i.e. software leasing. Most of the customers utilize SaaS service: the software can then be used in internet through a web-based interface. Thus, the system can be used almost everywhere and whenever – always when the user has an Internet connection and a web browser. TIIMA is an authentic, web-based software which does not need any other software but a web browser. The service provider takes care of maintenance, up-dates and data protection of the server. In addition to maintenance, the service includes implementation and IT support.
