R2T - automatic kilometre claims by mobile phone

R2T is a unique, mobile phone software for users of M2 travel and expense management system. R2T software makes it easier, faster and more reliable to compile kilometre claims. R2T is a separate software in the user’s mobile phone, collecting GPS positioning information which makes it possible to save kilometres driven and import them directly into M2 server. Mileage claims are created automatically in M2.

The user does not need to record kilometres manually: one only needs to activate a kilometre counter when starting to drive. This is made in the mobile phone through a simplified interface. The mobile phone collects from satellites information on departure and arrival locations and times as well as locations where the car has stopped. Location and time information is saved and it includes addresses and time stamps. In Finland, there is information on the municipality of the location, too. It is possible to send mobile phone information to M2 server by clicking a button. M2 has this information in a map and completed kilometre claims/drivers logs are automatically generated and ready to be easily accepted by the employer.

R2T software is downloaded and installed in a mobile phone. The software is Symbian –supported and the mobile phone has to have a built-in GPS.

R2T Pricing

The prizing of the R2T SaaS system is based on a very inexpencive monthly fee per user. There is no separate maintenance fee. R2T software can be used both by M2 SaaS and licence customers.

R2T software is installed in a mobile phone. The customer is responsible for the software installation and that it is installed in a supported mobile phone.
